DURANGO PURGATORY, CO
The BME Durango Purgatory event will take place on July 16th and 17th in the majestic San Juan Mountains of Colorado. Racers can expect two big days of racing, including some backcountry stages. Official practice will take place on Thursday and Friday, with racing action on Saturday and Sunday. The Purgatory Bike Park features quality downhill terrain at Purgatory Resort near Durango, Colorado and is an established pathway to over 400 miles of high alpine singletrack for hard core mountain bike enthusiasts. Located just 25 miles north of Durango and surrounded by the majestic San Juan Mountains, Purgatory Resort is the destination for an authentic Colorado mountain experience. Max Participants at 300. Races will sell out in advance, so book early to reserve your spot.
E-Bike categories are capped at 25 participants; combined men and women.
E-bikes will only race the bike park stages.
