Pinkbike Race Report: Big Mountain Enduro Santa Fe Season Opener

The 2019 Yeti Cycles Big Mountain Enduro, presented by Maxxis, season kicked off in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the Glorieta trail system last weekend with record breaking numbers. This sold out 2-day event was one for the books, with over 450 registered racers covering 8,400 feet of elevation gain/loss and tackling some of the most technical and unique terrain in the region. Racers were challenged with 6 stages in total, with a mix of high elevation 10,000+ foot start lines, as well as short technical DH tracks that constantly kept all racers on their toes; or on their nose.
